Announcement: Short Story Publication

I am very excited to announce that Flame Tree Publishing is including my piece “As Happiness Approaches Infinity” in their anthology Learning to Be Human. The short story tells the story of a scientist who devises an algorithm to control human emotions, and how it affects not only human society, but his own personal life. I wrote this story over a year ago, inspired by the idea to compose a story that uses mathematics as a central element of the plot.

My work will be published in an anthology that features several original works by other fiction writers, as well as re-prints by classic science fiction and fantasy writers. The theme of the anthology is the challenge that artificial intelligence poses to our society, and how we will react and develop in response to these dramatic changes.
